“Frustrated Engineers Chai Point”: Bangalore Tea Stall Leaves Internet In Splits

Tea, in India, is more than just a hot beverage. It is an emotion. Be it the first cup in the morning or after a long tiring day, a few sips of piping hot tea can uplift your mood any time. You must be wondering, why all of a sudden, we are talking about tea. Well, the internet has brought forth a picture of a stall named “Frustrated Engineer’s Chai Point”. No point in guessing that the stall is located in the “Silicon Valley of India”. The picture was shared by a user on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter). The text, along with the post, revealed that this stall is based in the Koramangala area of Bengaluru. The user wrote, “Frustrated engineers chai point. Yep. Koramangala.”

Needless to say, the post has left the Internet in splits. Many claimed that this stall would pull more crowd than the Rameshwaram Cafe.

Before this, a picture of a chat centre named “Ex-Girlfriend” surfaced online. The still was shared by a user on X and it exhibited a street food shop in Bengaluru with its name written on the banner. The name read “Ex-Girlfriend Bangarpete Chats”. If the shop name left you in splits, you need to read the text along with the post. Sharing the photo, the user wrote, “Looking to chat about your breakup? Fear no more.”

Wait there is more. The picture shows a woman sitting at the billing counter, while a customer can be seen enjoying his meal in the background. At the front, we can see two menus—one in English and the other in Kannada—are affixed to the counter. The shop offers every foodie’s guilty pleasure, pani puri, which you can buy at Rs 40. This was followed by masala puri, dahi puri, nipat masala, sev puri, bhel puri, and chips masala. Among them, only dahi puri costs Rs 50; the rest are served at Rs 40. Take a look at the picture here:
