An Instagram video on the handle ‘cook_with_qn’ shared a great idea for the Iftar snack feat. The fried snack is made with bread and chicken masala. As the video unfolds, you see how the snack is made effortlessly and turns out looking simply delectable. It looks like a regular fried chicken on a stick but what’s inside will be a complete surprise for your guests.

Fried Chicken Bread Snack Recipe For Ramzan:
Cut the sides of 2 bread slices. Stuff them with a chicken mixture. The recipe for the chicken mixture was not shared but you can create yours with minced chicken mixture for a sandwich or use leftover chicken sabzi or crushed chicken kebabs. Now cut the sandwich diagonally into four pieces. Then place the triangular pieces in a line and skewer them with a stick. After trimming and smoothening the edges, dip it in a flour batter and then roll it in cornflakes. Then deep fry in oil on high flame. Repeat the same process for more of this snack.
Pair with tomato ketchup or chutney and enjoy.

The video has received over 600k views so far. While some viewers were disappointed with the recipe for the chicken mixture not being shared, many others were delighted by this snack idea.
