Recently, a man driving from Hyderabad to Patna cooked up a tasty chicken curry and rice dish inside his truck! His son shared the video on Instagram, saying, “Aaj papa truck mein banaenge tasty chicken curry [Today, dad will make tasty chicken curry in the truck].”

In the video, the man announces, “Today, we’re preparing desi chicken,” while displaying chopped onions to the camera. Following this, he proceeds to cook the onions in a steel wok positioned atop a stove connected to a cylinder. The scene unfolds on the side of an open highway near toll gates, with the weather perfectly suited for a hearty chicken curry. After the onion-cooking process, he takes a pressure cooker, pours in some oil, and adds all the chicken pieces. Using a ladle, he gives it a quick stir-fry before sealing the cooker lid to allow it to whistle.
