1. O Pedro, BKC

O Pedro’s new cocktail menu has been inspired by the antics of an alcoholic rooster. The aim is to retain the emphasis on fun and susegaad that the Goan restaurant is famous for. We had the opportunity to try the new offerings from their ‘Happy Go Rocky’ menu for ourselves. Don’t leave without tasting Ready Steady, a rum-based concoction with chikoo (sapota). It captures the sweetness of the fruit marvellously and is complemented by Indian spice mix as well as green tea. If you love dirty martinis, take a chance on Ziggy Zag, with caper-infused vodka, dry vermouth, Martini Bianco and sage oil. If you’re a Manhattan fan, go for the fruity yet potent Nightwing (Japanese whiskey, umeshu, Amaro Montenegro and Angostura bitters). Several other exciting libations await!

You can binge on pakodas, samosas, kachoris and kathi rolls here too. Among the beverages, savour good old masala chai or embrace the viral trend of dalgona coffee. If you want a more traditional option, you can also try their Masala Shikanji.
