Education Secretary Gillian Keegan has apologised for her language after an ITV interview.
The Conservative minister says she wasn’t referring to any one person in particular when she complained about other people having “sat on their [expletive] and done nothing” in the wake of the discovery of unsafe RAAC in schools.
