Step aside, Kim Kardashian.
A viral video taken at the Fendi Spring 2023 show during New York Fashion Week on Friday has some believing the Skims founder was “snubbed” by Vogue Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour.
In the clip, the newly single Kardashian and “Sex and the City” star Sarah Jessica Parker stand side by side in the front row, clapping for the show’s finale. Kardashian spots Wintour from across the catwalk and mouths “Hi” to her as SJP energetically waves at the fashion icon.
Wintour approaches them and hugs Parker first while Kardashian smiles — and waits.
TikTok users have since viewed the clip more than 4.3 million times and provided their two cents on the interaction.
“And just like that….. kk realized who she was standing next to,” one commenter joked about the show’s long-awaited reboot.

“Awkward lol,” one simply summarized.
“Kim is a nobody next to the iconic SJP,” another stated. “Kim got humbled real quick,” another user commented.
“Kim just had a flashback moment back then when she was around Paris Hilton,” another reflected on Kardashian’s early years in the industry.

“There are some circles that you just can’t buy into them,” another stated.
“SJP is an icon, Kim plays one on Hulu,” another shaded.
Other Kardashian-loyals saw things differently.
“Yall see a 10-second clip and create the most unnecessary scenarios,” one wrote.
“I will NEVER understand how y’all could hate this woman this much just because she’s famous,” said another defending Kardashian.

“SJP and Anna Wintour genuinely [sic] look like they are long-time friends, like they are the same age. Nothing to do with dissing Kim,” another pointed out.

Both Parker and Kardashian have a relationship with Wintour. SJP has been on the cover of Vogue six times and was a co-chair for the 2014 Met Gala.
Kardashian and her then-husband Kanye West became the first biracial couple on the cover of Vogue in 2014. She has since landed two solo covers, as well as multiple internet-breaking looks at the Met Gala.
