Sindh Chief Secretary Dr. Muhammad Sohail Rajput has presided over crucial assembly to check preparations for the second one segment of native our bodies (LB) elections in Karachi and Hyderabad divisions and the by-election within the National Assembly constituency NA-245.
Provincial Election Commissioner Aijaz Anwar Chohan, IG Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon, Commissioner Karachi Muhammad Iqbal Memon, Secretary School Education Ghulam Akbar Laghari, Secretary College Education Khalid Haider Shah and the entire Deputy Commissioners of Karachi and Hyderabad Division attended the assembly.
Chief Secretary Rajput informed the assembly that the provincial management would supply complete beef up to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) for the habits of elections, including that CCTV cameras can be put in on the maximum delicate polling stations.
He directed the commissioners to verify provision of lacking amenities on the polling stations. For the ease of citizens, essential amenities, equivalent to ingesting water and ramps for the disabled folks, would even be equipped on the polling stations.
