MESA, Ariz. — A suspect is accused of fatally operating over an east Mesa guy together with his automobile over a parking dispute, in keeping with government.
Mesa police stated 61-year-old John Lagana stays jailed on suspicion of first-degree homicide.
It used to be unclear Sunday if Lagana has a attorney who can discuss on his behalf.
Police stated 63-year-old Christopher Heimer used to be pronounced useless on the scene Friday after being run over two times for allegedly refusing to permit Lagana to park close to his house.
Court information display Lagana instructed police that Heimer had allowed him to park his automobile in Heimer’s driveway till six months in the past.
Lagana reportedly is homeless and lives out of his automobile.
