KARACHI: At least 35 other people, together with 5 ladies, had been injured from stray bullets in incidents of aerial firing, performed in birthday celebration of the seventy fifth Independence Day, it was once reported Sunday.

In an incident in North Karachi, safety guards opened hearth to mark the seventy fifth Independence Day, with out making an allowance for the presence of youngsters within the environment.

Similar incidents of aerial firing had been reported from Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 7, Bahadurabad, Yousuf Plaza, Liaquatabad, Gulbahar, Chakiwara, Soldier Bazaar, New Town, PIB Colony and different spaces.

Meanwhile, the police arrested a suspect concerned about aerial firing within the Eidgah flooring space and seized guns from his ownership.
