In a tweet on Friday, the watchdog stated it has authorized the “acquisition of the stake in Holderind Investments, Ambuja Cements and ACC via Endeavour Trade and Investment”.
The proposed aggregate comes to acquisition of 100 in line with cent stake in Holderind Investments Ltd via Endeavour Trade and Investment Ltd.
Endeavour Trade and Investment Ltd is a Mauritius-based corporate and belongs to the Adani Group.
Holderind Investments is held via Holderfin BV and belongs to the Switzerland-based Holcim staff and is a preserving corporate of cement producers Ambuja Cements and ACC Ltd.
