The letter – written through Labour deputy chief Angela Rayner and shadow Commons chief Thangam Debbonaire – stated the £3,000 reportedly spent at the tournament had “no longer been declared both at the international secretary’s ministerial presents declaration, October to December 2021, or in her Register of Members’ Financial Interests, as at 1 November 2021”.
