Food Vlogger Tries “Extreme Street Food Of Uzbekistan”. Watch Video Here

Food is the best way to learn about a nation’s culture. Agreed? Well, we do too. Especially, a country’s street food decodes a lot about its culture. And, this was no different for an Instagram user and food vlogger Nikhil Chawla, who recently visited Uzbekistan. Nikhil also embarked on a foodie escapade on the streets of Uzbekistan’s capital, Tashkent. Giving a glance at the “extreme street food” of the nation, he dropped a video. In the clip, he can be seen trying horse soup and a different variety of momos. The clip opens with Nikhil trying out “Khanum”, which is basically momos served with pasta sauce. While serving the vendor can be seen topping it with grated radish, chillies, onions and dill leaves. The momos were stuffed with chopped potatoes. We also got a glimpse of a massive tomato. Next up, he tries “Horse spaghetti”. He also showed a massive container carrying horse soup. The vendor served horse spaghetti along with a slice of sausage. The video concluded with Nikhil’s friend tasting the dish. In the clip, he can be heard saying that the horse spaghetti was a bit costly compared to the rest of the dishes.
