In the grand scale of the universe, 2 Bros. raising the price of a slice to $1.50 may be a small imposition. 

But it’s just another example of how irresponsible politicians have ruined life’s simply pleasures — like pizza for a buck. 

And they have no shame about it. 

President Biden, who drove the rate of inflation to levels not seen in 40 years with his multitrillion-dollar spending sprees, is still at it.

A new report finds that Americans will spend $150 billion annually because of Biden’s open-border policies.

New York taxpayers alone are on the hook for $10 billion this year because of illegal immigration. 

On Monday, Biden continued to chip away at our wallets by vetoing a bill that required those running retirement investment accounts to make the most money they can for their clients.

No, the president says, they should be able to take your 401(k) money and put it in green energy companies, even if they aren’t turning a profit. 

So Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, thanks to the big donations they give Democrats, get subsidized by our retirement funds. If they go bankrupt, who is getting bailed out — us or them? 

An extra 50 cents for your pizza slice. An extra $2 for your eggs. Less return on your retirement funds. 

It’s the tax we’re paying for a Democratic-run government.
