Aam Aadmi Party convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday promised that if voted to energy in Gujarat, his birthday celebration will give a per 30 days allowance of Rs 1,000 to all ladies above the age of 18 years if they’re keen to just accept this kind of grant.
